Quothin' 

Socialising/hanging out with friends with no intention of doing anything in particular, and/or the activity is to be decided on when the friends meet up.
The advantages of using the term means there is no pressure to organise something straight away, rather, it can be decided upon later.

a beautiful and amazing girl!! She's hardworking, sweet, funny, confident and sometimes shy and doesn't fail to cheer you up. She tries to comfort you even though she does not know how to. She is the person to go to for some good gossip, and she gets along with everyone. She sometimes keep to herself ,hide her emotions and wouldn't want you to know she hurts. She's a loyal person and is optimistic and positive .She puts effort into things she cares about and strives to do her best. She is one that doesn't take shit.
