I'm out of practice

An expression used to explain why you can't do something that requires being in shape.

Pretty much just saying that you're out of shape, just not wanting to seem fat.
"I'll race you!"
"Nah, I'm out of practice!"
"fat ass"

community of practice

Time invested in relationship where words come off paper, social learning is valued and wisdom is nurtured.
When community of practice is consistently experienced, high impact meetings become status quo.

I've had plenty of practice

True, but has said voluminous practice actually done you any good???
The White Knight totally "went Rain Man" on Alice when he huffily told her, "Oh, I've had plenty of practice --- plenty of practice!" after she expressed concern about how he kept repeatedly falling off his horse, so perhaps he (and the Red Knight, as well!) was just super-clumsy, and thus no amount of training could significantly improve his horsemanship.

Doctorate of Nursing Practice

A sham degree often obtained by mid-level providers with an inferiority complex towards physicians. Frequently entirely online and conferred by diploma mills. Degree completion requirements may resemble a middle or high school project (e.g. create a poster, create a pamphlet).

Midlevels enjoy obtaining this degree to obfuscate and inflate their true level of education and training (frequently as little as 500 hours), and deceive patientsby introducing themselves as 'a doctor' to unsuspecting individuals knowing patients believe a doctor in a medical setting will be a physician.
I am a mid-level who got my nurse practitioner license a year ago after 500 clinical hours, so excited to get my online doctorate of nursing practice in a few months and tell patients I'm a doctor!
