A Poon-ee poonee, is a person who is the recepient of a planned piece of Poon sex. Often rather attractive females, (but in the case of a friend of mine, sixty-four year old men with chronic skin disorders), Poon-ees are merely targets for horny people who think they are cool. Like me.
"Dude, I need some Poon, real bad."
"Have you chosen a Poon-ee yet?"
"Yeah but his wheelchair is getting fixed and you know how I like to ride those."
