is a word for individuals continuously use the poke feature in facebook; for a variety of purposes. Usually used to describe a person who is starting to irritate/bug you with facebook pokes.

This word has originated from an Indian Languages - Telugu and Tamil "Pokiri" - which means mischievous, used as a noun and a verb in the native language.

KCR pokes me a number of times a day.He is such a pokiri, and me too!.

Pokiris can be really offensive, if the facebook hadn't limited the poke feature to a handshake policy.
