The time of the month when police run around ticketing or arresting people to fill their quota. The tickets are usually for minor infractions, or trumped up offenses. (Ex: they catch someone urinating on a wall, and arrest them for indecent exposure)

being on po po patrol is when someone calls shotgun in your car and they are required to be on the lookout for the police so the driver does not get pulled over.
"hey! if your gonna ride shotgun make sure you stay on that po po patrol! im hittin like 50 in a 35mph zone!"
