persocom 

Any one of several a.i. machines in the form of humans (mainly female) that were created to serve their owner by performing simple to complex activities. The usefulness of a persocom is directly proportional to its size. The larger persocoms are capable of emulating comlex emotions and have self learning capabilities.

Persicom 

A human-formed computer, created by the manga studio CLAMP in the manga Chobits. Persicoms few differences from humans on the outside, the main one being Earports on their heads so they can plug themselves into TVs.

Chi is a Chobit, a rare persicom.
