Penndel 

The sketchiest little town right outside of Philadelphia. It borders Langhorne and Hulmeville and within it you’ll find some crazy ass shit. 3am or 3pm in the summer people will set off fireworks, you’ll see some pretty interesting people if you take a stroll up Bellevue ave or on any of the backstreets. They have penndel fields where there’s spider rock. It’s just fucking weird, but we love the del regardless.

Penndel is a town outside of Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
It is known for being weird. The ghetto-ass drive-by area is located about 200 feet from the sleepy suburbs.
Penndel can also be used as an adjective, meaning weird or crappy.
