When hovering over a gross toilet seat becomes a workout.

Girl: "I stopped at this gross rest stop on my road trip. I had to hover over the toilet seat...it was like peelates!"

Peelation

When you have go pee so bad that it hurts and you think you are going to explode. Then you finally get to relieve yourself and it feels so good, that you want to say, 'Ahhhhhhh.'

That's peelation. :)

I was on the road for hours before I found a rest stop and had a great peelation.
