A word that describes ignorant loud mouth, unclassy, rural class whites. They also have the tendency being racist toward most races and are uneducated and misinformed.

A person of predominantly European descent that isn't ashamed of their pride in regards to their ethnicity/culture. Often times used by African-Americans as a derogatory term to describe an 'openly racist' white person.
