Phones that cost 50 cents to use & are out in public. They used to be 10 cents in the 70's & 5 cents in New Orleans.

When I used pay phones in the 70's, I was surprised that it only gave 3 minutes of talk time for 10 cents!

monty pythonesque application of the principles of logic and etymology 

The standard logic used by such people as the knights of the round table. It's sound logic that can only be understood by men of science.

E.g. You want to test if a woman is a witch. You burn witches, but you also burn wood. This means witches burn because they are made of wood. Wood also floats in water, just like a duck. So therefore, if she weighs the same as a duck, then she is made out of wood, and is therefore a witch. Now you must weigh her on a set of large scales with a duck, and if they weigh the same, she is guilty of being a witch.

Well, Bernard, that is some Monty Pythonesque application of the principles of logic and etymology right there!

After the style of, or resembling the humour of, Monty Python's Flying Circus, a popular British television comedy series of the 1970s noted especially for its absurdist or surrealist humour.

That comedy was Pythonesque.

Pensacola Payphone 

Noun: a sexual act: a sort of hybrid of the Change Machine and the Birmingham Bootycall. Specifically, when a roll of quarters is placed in a woman's vagina, and a phone set to vibrate is placed in her anus. The phone is called and the vibrations cause the quaters to fall out. It has nothing to do with Pensacola.

Woman: Jill, kill me now. Last night I got really drunk and let Randy do a Pensacola Payphone on me. Now my phone's ruined and I'm out of laundry money.

A payphone girl is a girl who hasn't moved from the payphone generation to the cellphone generation, she is useless by today's standards. She still tries to use values from the payphone generation

I always keep my payphone girl for sex, when I am desperate or in an emergency I know I can get it from her, she is always a last resort.
