A random outbreak of excitment or something you say when there is nothing else to say. Basically means Parsnips, but sounds a bit better.

sitting in a cinema or a theatre when everything is quite and then...
"PARSHNIPS"

"Would you like some parsnips with that?"
"No Parshnips for me."
