hanging over the basket is an expression used mostly on industrial and business environments that refers to an individual being on a powerless or difficult situation with limited options to get past it. It is also used as a threatening expression that shows that an individual has the power to control or manipulate someone else.

You goto Rio De Janeiro and party like a rock star for a few weeks. When you set foot back to America, the women are just not the same. Being used to hot super model like women from Rio, American women are plainly put in one word, Fat and Ugly.

When you have a migrane or seriously painfull headache and after the pain is is gone or you have slept it off, you have hang-over effects and delirum from the headache/pain.
I had the worst migrane yesterday, and today I'm feeling the effects of a Headache Hang-over, I hate that.
