A bug in Oracle software. It is a bug in which another bug exists.

Joe: Yes! I just finished fixing this bug! Time to run the unit tests... what the!?!? FAIL!???

Jane: Oh shit... I think you're dealing with an Orabug.

Joe: How do I fix it?

Jane: Reinstall.
