A player which has expensive skins, but lacks skills when it comes to playing the game.

This kind of player is often encountered in CS:GO.

Player 1 : "I hav Dlore but u don't hav skinz ur a nub !"
Player 2 : "STFU, you only-skin-no-skill ! You can't even kill an AFK guy !"
