A phrase commonly used by certain alien species which apparently makes sense in response to ANY statement. Some may think it is the gibberish version of the phrase "Oh, true" used completely out of context.

You: Matt, my mom just died.

Alien: O twu

Eric Rivera: Yo, let's go skate jibbergoon.
