a noobish being that just really pisses you off all the time, someone who does stupid things, someone who annoys you. combination of noob and ballsac.

betty: today my mom was being an noobsac, she kept coming in my room for stupid things.
bonnie: yea, so was mine she wouldnt let me go out w/ phil last night and it really pissed me off.
