A hangover, or the unpleasent results of a night of hard drinking. Usually a severe headache accompanied by nausea and sometimes a bad case of diarrhea.
After drinking tequila all night at the club, Barnaby woke up naked in his parent's bathroom with a bad case of the Niggerhead.
