A person who is addicted to the Internet or is always doing Internet-related things. This kind of people, mostly youths, are always thinking in terms of Internet memes or Internet words, the Internet has affected severely their lives. They sleep with a smartphone near their pillow.

I can't bear Francis' humor, he's such a netfreak.
