Nebways is simply another word for no. It can be used in any situation that no is used in.

'Neeways', a short version of 'Anyway'. A slang term often used by the 'littles' of a DID system (those with 'Dissociative Identity Disorder').

I have my fort and cookies neeways so that makes me happy!
