mish mumkin 

Mainly used in the Egyptian dialect of Arabic, this phrase means "no way!"

So if you visit Cairo one day, and want to try to haggle with one of the merchants in Khan-al-Khalili, you can keep saying "mish mumkin" when they offer you a price until they get to the lowest price.

Dude 1: "Man, yesterday I saw a Lamborghini Countach that was painted with a really glossy and shiny blackish-purple color, and it had spinning rims, and to top the back spoiler was shaped differently, and it looked really scary. Plus a huge flame came out of the exhaust once that sucker took off."

Dude 2: "Mish mumkin!"

Dude 1: "How could I lie about this man?"

muckinder

A 17th century word deserving of a comeback, a "muckinder" is that clean cloth all parents of infants keep handy for mopping up drool and burp-stuff. It's a synonym for burp-rag, drool-cloth and schmatta, but it has seniority over those other terms and it's so much more evocative!

"Honey, where's Junior's muckinder? Quick! Oops, too late!"

A gender-neutral term embracing the sum-total of humanity by reference to the presence of mammalian nurturing apparatus in both the male and female of the species; those in the male tending toward dormancy to varying degrees, though potentially stimulated by a suitable hormonal cocktail.

Some might argue that over the history of mamkind, males have been responsible for considerable aggression, females considerable emotion. Others might dodge the question altogether.
