A pedophile type person who offers candy to children in hopes of luring them in and taking advantage of them. Often seen wearing a trench coat and other shady clothing around playgrounds and schools.

mr. skittles: hey little boy, want some candy?
ittle boy: mr. skittles!!! RUN AWAY!!!
