Modmin

A moderator that's will get promoted to admin soon or will just flex with that special title . Has no extra power from moderator. That also begged to get admin for a really long time and finally gets a prank promotion to Modmin.

Owner:Hey insert moderator's name you will be promoted to admin but not right now.
Moderator: So i'm modmin?
Owner: Yea sure.
