(emphasize M!!) To be used at the end of sentences, expresses sarcasm and/or aggravation. You say it with an attitude and really emphasize the M. Also can be used when exited, sad, mad, scared, ect. Aggressively emphasizes emotions.

"I hate you, MMMMMMMMMModex!!!!"
"woah man.. he said modex.. he really means it!"

Moderately priced.

We don't need a luxury car, but we want reliable transportation from a reputable auto maker. A modex family sedan will probably fit the bill.
