The act of passing out drunk in various places. It takes its name from the "Planking" fad from early in 2011.

Boy: Shit, where the hell did mike go?
Other Boy: Shit dude, Mike passed out awhile ago. Last I saw him he was Marshalling over by that tree in the quad.
