McFlappy Meal

A woman's genitals, especially if she has large labia minora (which are sometimes referred to as flaps or meat curtains). The combination of the slang term "eating pussy" and these meat curtains then results in this phrase "a McFlappy Meal".

For lunch today, I ate Karen's McFlappy Meal.
