This term, mazza balls, was coined approximately in the 12th century BC when a Persian invader exclaimed "Look at his mazza balls" to describe an Islamic man's hairy testicles. This term refers to extremely hairy male genitalia, which tends to be associated with Islamic/Hasidic/Jewish males.
