Turning on the water hose and spinning it around in circles. Usually seen during hot summers.

Child:"I want a water wiggle!"

*Points at t.v watching kids having fun in water*

Parent:"Go turn on the manguera"

Manguera

A person, usually a youngster, who acts as if he is Balling or somebody big, but is really nobody, usually a Mexican.

e.g. A new guy walks into the club thinking he's on top.

Angel: "hahaha look at this manguera"
