One who has lost all sense of dignity and will hook up with literally anything that has long hair no matter it's weight, horrible looks, or overall trashiness.

After Mike Frank fell out of Haddon's closet we all knew he had become a Male Slam Pig.

Male Feminist Pig 

A man who has engaged in womanizing, philandering, or exploiting power imbalances in personal relationships with women, yet genuinely advocates for women's rights, champions feminist causes, or highlights the challenges women face in society. The term nods to "male chauvinist pig," juxtaposing problematic personal behavior with authentic public advocacy for gender equality.

Despite his history of questionable relationships, the professor was a male feminist pig, tirelessly advocating for equal pay and amplifying women's voices in academia.
