1) a person who is ignorant of large words
2) a person who pretends to know a word, then secretly refers to a dictionary

Tom: Harry, you are such a macroverbumsciolist.
Harry: No I'm not! You're a macroverdumbscientist.
Harry later looks up macroverbumsciolist on urbandictionary.com and hates Tom for the next five minutes. He then pays up on his bet.
