Lipsided 

When a girl has on a thong and the thong slides to one side and either side of her lip is hanging out, it is lopsided, or "lipsided".

When we got out of the truck, I told Alina that I was feeling a little lipsided, she said "been there Cracker, my shit was lipsided yesterday".

When an old woman wears bright red lipstick that bleeds outside the lines of her lips onto her wrinkles, thereby creating the appearance of a squished spider.
