A "slow person" from the middle of West Virginia that doesn't work much, but enough so as not to be considered retarded or a ward of the state.

Look at those lazeebomes, they have never worked a day in their lives.

This is a word used a lot in West Virginia used to describe a lazy person, one who is slow, yet, not slow enough to be a ward of the state.

Darren is such a lazeebome, he can't even pick up his check.
