lawnarchy 

A monarchy set up to establish the absolute rule of one's lawn. The ruler of the lawnarchy is the owner, who takes the title of "king." The king orders his underlings, usually his own children, to be responsible for upkeeping his lawn. This includes mowing it, edging it, watering it, raking the leaves off it, and making sure it looks better than any of the neighbor's lawns.

Rick's dad, the king of the family's lawnarchy, forced Rick to edge the grass with a scissors.

Somebody who preaches anarchy from behind a computer, but would clearly not survive in a truely anarchical society.

Joey: Well that one geek posted a new blog entry talking about anarchy again.

Frank: Don't pay him no mind. He's a typical lanarchist.

Layanrchy

Layanrchy or Lay-Ancrchy

In the context of the rule of law, "lay" refers to ordinary citizens who are not legally qualified (aka the Saudi regime) and when paired with Anarchy which is the absence of government, law, or enforced authority, resulting in social disorder, chaos, or total confusion. A word coined in the book Triumph: An American Girls Journey Out of Saudi Arabia by Elise Evans Martin.
