A "KJ" is a knee jerk. These are the people that react/overreact to a person/place/ or thing without knowing all the facts. They are quick to judge anything and anyone and have little to no regards for actual facts. They are the headliner chasers of the world.

KJ is someone who will treat his girl right. He is very faithful and is a committed gentlemen. He loves his parents and loves rap. KJ stands for Karie Jai. Karie Jai is very handsome and has the most delicious lips.

Karaoke Jockey. While still qualifying as a genuine knob jockey, this is the man who actually accepts money to hear "Paradise By The Dashboard Light" and "Crazy" belted out by drunk American Idol wannabes. Job requires minimal vocal talent, lame sense of humor and the ability to run electronic equipment while suffering alcohol poisoning.
