An adorable small type of cat who brings joy to all they meet. Even the grumpier of men like those named Ray. You can tell a kitty rat from other small cats by there love of the 90's show tv commish and Las Vegas.

kitty rat 

a mythological creature that began its life as a rat, but desired to be a kitty. this large rat (the size of a kitty), only wants to be a kitty so that it can eat kitties. a kitty rat will be accepted by the kitty community and then ultimately rejected after it eats several of the community members. kitty rats are scary but some are also very nice. few kitty rats just admire kitties to the extent of attempting to look like one, however if their true identity as a rat is ever known within the kitty community it will be killed.
