Joesouthward is English Slang for a very specific type of person, known as a "chav"; or "roadman."
The joesouthward is an evolution of that, not only introducing chavvish qualities, but being one of the worst people alive. They have terrible management skills, and cannot write or read proper english.

Damn, Obama is such a joesouthward. That's why they look at him as an outsider.
