A way of ones speaking when they are over texts or in front of a crowd or person they are trying to impress by talking shit to an individual that would beat the fuck out of them if they were confronted.

That bitch texted me with that jazzy mouth talking shit, but I bet when I pull up she shut the fuck up and respect my presence.
