A nut sack jam is an uneducated, dirty semi truck driver that has no clue how to maneuver their truck in a parking lot.

An idiot truck driver pulls into a truck stop or parking lot and it takes them an hour to get to semi backed in. These truck driver typically have unnecessary hood mirror.

That idiot just got himself into a nut sack jam.
