insuranceitis 

When an individual is involved in an auto collision that they didn't cause and isn't showing any signs of injury until the police and EMS arrive. Usually due to the fact that when these two organizations arrive, they begin to see dollar signs.
Tom got his insurance settlement check from the car crash last month. It's really funny that he wasn't hurt till the Police showed up and then he started having neck and back pain. He had a case of insuranceitis.

People who, after being involved in a very minor fender-bender, complain to responding paramedics that, "Oh my neck hurts, oh my back hurts," in order to get a shot at an insurance settlement.

insurancelessness 

when you don't have health insurance and you are sick and need to see a doctor or dentist and you know that once you do, you will be living to pay them off, leaving you with no money for recreation whatsoever and you then in return despise the health insurance policies in the USA and continue to live like a pauper.
boy- i just spend $1000 out of my pocket for a root canal and now i'm broke.
girl- insurancelessness sucks.
