This is an allusion to the Led Zeppelin song "Fool in the Rain"

Fool in the Rain is a song from Led Zeppelin's final studio album, In Through the Out Door in 1979. In 1980, it reached #21 on the pop singles charts. This song has always been very popular with fans of the band.
