Hype that exagerates both the value of the product, the integrity of the personality selling it, and the price of the product, to a degree that inspires ridicule.
Mr. Mastery introduces a "lost technique of hypnotism": in fact a simple technique using posture to enhance confidence but here hyped up to the max. and very expensive. Q.:"Is his real name Mastery? Or is that just part of the hypewank?"
