Hypogeal 

Hypogeal is a term, normally used in Essex for a young woman who is rather easy and often goes with more that one bloke in a night. The term Hypogeal refers to the state her "lady parts" will be in as they are likely to be "Hypogealed" - meaning to contain bodily fliuds from the previous sexual encounter.

Oh i'm not going near that bird, she's a right hypogeal!

Hoogeveen 

Ruling city in the Netherlands. After its golden age as being the biggest inland port of north-western Europe in the 19th century, this former turf-captial of the Netherlands has aquired a key role in setting a cultural and economical standard in the Netherlands.
