phrase used after saying something very creepy/perverted and tacky all at the same time.

Great for using after attempting to use a (bad) pick up line on someone. Make sure to simultaneously raise eyebrows while saying 'hurhurhur'
-the more 'hur's you use, the creepier it gets

C.) worth annoying their friends by following it with this silly, silly noise.

Dur-Hur-Hur 

The sound an idiot makes when mocking someone with laughter for something that said idiot does not understand. Also used following primitive behaviour pertaining to objects of the civilized world (such as slamming a door, carelessly slamming down one's glass onto a table so the liquid within sloshes about or needlessly hitting something until it works).

"You think that someone who isn't intelligent, knows a lot - dur-hur-hur - you're actually retarded!"
"Uh, stupid thing - it doesn't work" bangs fan on desk and inadvertently hits its power button "Duh-hur-hur! I fixed it!"
