The word to describe a run-down place in rural Plymouth, home to the pathetic HDR (Honicknowle Defence Regiment) who go around honicknowle terrorizing kids and elder people, under the polices nose. Frequent drug busts in the local streets, and a large variety of people who hang out in front of local run-down shops spitting and shouting HDR at you. FUCK YOU CHAVVY UNEDUCATED CUNTS!
