A style of dress found typically on prostitutes, but instead found on a non-prostitute, usually over 40 years old.

In the style or manner of, or resembling the lamebrained antics of Homer Jay Simpson. Clumsy, ignorant and prone to sudden bouts of rage.

Someone who appears, or is most likely someone who works at Hooters.

That woman over there probably works at Hooters. She's very Hooteresque.
