Someone who buys their first home without financial assistance from immediate or extended family. This includes, but is not limited to: receiving a windfall from family, a loan from family, using family property to co-sign a mortgage, using inheritance money paid upfront to buy a property.

Homeburger is a cross between the words home and burger. It means to stop at a hamburger joint on your way home from somewhere (usually late at night and after a few beers).
