a random word, used to disguise the secret code of discussion between men, when nosey females are near by, this word can be used to say pretty much anything, hello, goodbye, good morning, want a beer, need a beer. By changing the tone in which you say the ending it can mean something bad, example when you see an ugly person, if you grind your teeth and growl while saying deesh, its understood that you are not pleased or somewhat disgusted

really, really hilarious and cheesy horror movies.
The kind you get in a box set that are usually decades old and filmed in black & white.
Two such movies that would fit in this genre would be Carnival of Souls, as well as the one movie from the same movie collection with the man eating plant.
