Word to describe people with fair skin in Latin America. It comes from there skin resembling uncooked pork skin or "lechon" (in Puerto Rico). Not often viewed as derogatory, just a way of saying "you need a tan". I know right! The other day we took of his shirt and he is way too hincho.
