Haxby 

Haxby is a village in North Yorkshire, England, just outside York. It means a safe haven, the sort of place that's never going to get too exciting but it's nice to come home to - and then leave again. If you want an adventurous life you wouldn't want to live there, but you'd be glad if your mum/aunt/uncle did because then you could go back and visit when the big wide world gets too scary.

Wow - after being chased by those natives in Papua New Guinea, it was great to reach a real Haxby and get my breath back.

We hadn't exactly found a Haxby, because there were scorpions around, but the oasis made a nice change nevertheless.

He's so dull - he'll never even think to leave his Haxby.

Haubenreich 

Member of an ever-expanding clan of engineers, teachers, chefs, world travelers and all-around amazing people. Emanating from a small town in Bavaria, members of the Haubenreich clan have, in recent years, colonized many parts of the United States and have made forays into every continent of the globe, including Antarctica.
