A person, typically a gang affiliate, who prefers the pistol brand "Glock" for a firearm. Typically a person who is ready to go on drills. This person can sometimes be seen as the intense/insane menace.

"Ayo bro, you heard that he got shot on Washington Ave.?"

"Yeah, he was killed by some glock handler or something. He went out brutal."
