It is a bboy move that involves jumping on one or both hands and pivoting your legs upwards and down as you jump with your hand or hands

a bboy skill where you get into a handstand position and u kick ur legs up (usually one leg is forward and one leg is back) which will cause u to hop and this will eventually lead to one-handed hops etc.
